# ROADMAP — TopDWI skill library

Starter roadmap. The suite ships in five stages (see `app.js` / the homepage):

1. **mo-dwi-intake** — two-track intake + 15-day license-hearing deadline watch.
2. **mo-dwi-records-request** — the discovery/records demand (the funnel into dui-review).
3. **mo-dwi-client-explainer** — client-facing SATOP / interlock / SIS-SES / RDP explainer.
4. **mo-dwi-sentencing-exposure** — § 577.023 offender classification → penalty range.
5. **mo-dwi-foundation-checklist** — manual issue checklist; hands off to the dui-review engine.

**Boundary:** these skills draft, organize, explain, and set deadlines. The automated
AIR/breath-packet defect analysis stays in the paid **dui-review** engine.

Extend the shared authority in `mo-dwi-authority.md`, sourced from the verified
`dui-review-backend` constants (`rules.py`, `case_law_rules.py`).
